Steuererhöhung in Österreich

As stated in the terms of use for mediathek.at, downloading or similar is not offered or permitted for any media streamed via www.mediathek.at.

All streamed audio and video documents are permanently accessible via their permanent URLs, eliminating the need for the Österreichische Mediathek to make copies for third parties for private use only.
 

Insofar as the Österreichische Mediathek is legally permitted to make copies of archive documents for third parties for private use only, technical copying costs will be incurred. For requests for copies of archive documents and price information, please write to mediathek@mediathek.at.
 

Copies of ORF documents (the Österreichische Mediathek is part of the Technisches Museum Wien, but not part of the ORF) must be requested by interested parties themselves directly from the ORF (ORF customer service, audio service, video service).
 

Requests for copies of documents from the Austrian Film Archive or the Phonogrammarchiv of the Austrian Academy of Sciences must be addressed to the Austrian Film Archive or the Phonogrammarchiv, respectively.

The meta data of media whose download is not permitted, but never the media themselves, are, after downloading, subject to the license CC BY-NC 4.0, Attribution-NonCommercial.
