Three Definitions of Cult: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

The film critic Jonathan Rosenbaum will be examining, among other subjects, why Pulp Fiction doesn't qualify as a cult film, the preference of some contemporary filmgoers for bad movies over good movies, the significance of Ed Wood in relation to film cults, and some of the differences between the videodriven cinephilia of today and the earlier cinephilia of the 1950s that launched the New Wave in France.
